Jewelry Cyprus Do you wear any religious jewelry or have any religious matters at home?
I wear a gold cross that I bought small but solid in a workshop craftsman in Cyprus, but I often wonder if it is too ostentatious (gold is, I mean). Sparklesntwind, I can send a picture, but I'll try to describe. It is a small piece of 24kt Gold (2cm squares) with the east-west arms shorter than the north-south. You can see the tool marks of the artisan in section elevated core of it, but the edges are polished. I was in Cyprus with my (then) girlfriend in 1999 and wanted to buy a wooden cross because I found the churches so simple and beautiful, but she convinced me to buy this, and have used ever since.
Personally, I do not have any jewelry or any religious matters at home, except my Bible. I do not think that Christianity has to be advertised by their appearance. If someone can not say you are a Christian how to walk, talk, attitude, and for being an example of what a Christian should be – then you have a problem.
