On April 1, KO Contractors, Inc., contracts to build a Jewelry store Lo-Cost in a specific place in the metropolitan area. On May 1, Metro changed its zoning laws to prohibit the construction of a commercial building there. Lo-Cost brings a claim against KO. In this situation: a. KO is in breach of contract. B. The cost is in breach of contract. C. the contract is discharged. d. the contract has been suspended. Please explain why.

C – is now an illegal contract. KO can not fulfill because of the possibility of law.
